Performance characteristics:
The machine is used for efficiently cutting aluminum profile, it can cut 45°, 90° and combination angle of 45° and 90°.
The machine consists of feeding unit, cutting unit, unloading unit.
6-axis CNC system is working with CAN communication, transmission of data is stable and fast.
Automatic feeding conveyor can continuous transport the profile, save time and energy, efficient.
Feeding robot with 2-axis CNC can automatically adjust position and catch profile.
Fixed angle of 45°and 90°processes to cut, saw blade processes to vertical cut from up to down, saw blade is separated with cutting face of profile when returns which can avoid sweeping profile phenomenon.
The machine adopts bar code printer, it can print material identification in real time and realize process information identification, it’s also easy to manage the material and connect with ERP software.
The machine adopts scrap transport device, it solves accumulation and pollution of scrap and improves production environment.
